We are a family-run sweet shop and bakery on Main Market Road, feeding this town's festivals, weddings and evening chai for two generations. Our halwais start at 5 am so the kaju katli, motichoor laddoo and rasmalai on the counter were made that same morning — in pure desi ghee, with khoya we thicken ourselves and no colours or essences we would not serve our own children.
