We are a family-run dairy on the Bypass Road with our own herd of buffaloes and desi cows, supplying fresh milk, dahi, paneer, chhach and ghee to homes, sweet shops and hotels across the city. Milking happens at 4 am and 4 pm, the cans are sealed within the hour and nothing is added — no water, no powder, no preservative — which is why we invite every new customer to check the fat on our lactometer before they sign up. The paneer is set the same morning from the same milk, the dahi is cultured in clay matkas and the ghee is slow-cooked from cream in small weekly batches.
